Cancellation
In the unlikely circumstance that I would need to cancel the training, I would give you (the participant) as much notice as possible and refund the course fee that you have paid.
If you no longer wish to attend the training that you have booked, please provide as much notice as possible. Please inform me by email at nicola@nicolapott.co.uk
If you are no longer able to attend you may wish to transfer your place on the training to somebody else. This is permitted so long as they meet the eligibility criteria and agree to the terms and conditions of the training. Please email me to inform me at nicola@nicolapott.co.uk
Refund policy
A full refund (minus transaction fee) is available for cancellations by participants up to 4 weeks before the event.
A 50% refund (minus transaction fee) is available for cancellations by participants when providing 2 - 4 weeks notice.
Refunds are not available for cancellations by participants when providing less than 2 weeks notice.
Missed sessions
If you (the participant) miss part of the training you are welcome to attend that section of the next training (so long as the workshop is held again in the future). Alternatively you can arrange one to one training with myself to help cover the topics that have been missed. This will be charged at my hourly rate.
Insurance
Participants are required to hold professional liability insurance. As you embark on this new training journey, please inform your insurer about completing this training, so that breathwork can be included in your policy.

Complaints
I want you to be fully satisfied with this training. If this is not the case please contact me at nicola@nicolapott.co.uk
Legal situation
This training is covered by UK law, regulations and insurance. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with our contract for this training.
Copyright situation
All materials provided by Nicola Pott during this training are her intellectual property and are protected by copyright in the UK and internationally.
Changes to terms and conditions
I will review these terms and conditions in the future and reserve the right to update them.
