These terms and conditions apply to the Breathing for Calm course. Please ensure that you read these terms and conditions carefully before you book a place on the course.

Eligibility for the course
By purchasing a ticket and participating in this course you confirm:
you have completed a recognised professional training program and adhere to an ethical professional framework
you are not resident in the USA or Canada
you hold professional liability insurance
Cancellation by me
If I have to cancel the course, I will give you as much notice as possible and refund the course fee that you have paid.
Cancellation by you
If you no longer wish to attend the course that you have booked, please provide me with as much notice as possible by emailing me at nicola@nicolapott.co.uk
If you are no longer able to attend, you may wish to transfer your place on the course to somebody else. This is permitted as long as:
the other person meets the eligibility criteria and agree to these terms and conditions before receiving any course material
you inform me as soon as possible before the course starts by emailing me at nicola@nicolapott.co.uk
Refund policy
You will receive a full refund (minus transaction fee) if you cancel the course prior to the date of release of the initial online training modules, one month before the course date.
You will receive a 50% refund (minus transaction fee) if you cancel 2 - 4 weeks before the course date.
You will not receive a refund if you cancel less than 2 weeks before the course date.
Missed sessions
If you miss part of the course you are welcome to attend that section of the course the next time I provide it so long as the course is held again in the future. Alternatively, you can arrange one to one online teaching with myself to help cover the topics that you have missed. Any such teaching will be charged at my hourly rate.
Intellectual Property
All the course materials provided by me during this course are my intellectual property.
Insurance
By participating in this course, you confirm that you hold professional liability insurance. As you embark on this new training journey, please inform your insurer about completing this training, so that breathwork can be included in your policy.
Privacy policy
Any personal information that you provide to me will be used in line with my privacy policy which is available here. My privacy policy explains what information I collect and hold about you, and how I collect, store, use and share such information.

Changes to terms and conditions
I may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. However the terms which apply to your course will be those in force at the time you buy your ticket.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (a Dispute) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and I both irrevocably agree that the English and Welsh courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle each Dispute.
